RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.1. This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all products sold by Super Saiyan Sphere.

1.2. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined herein.

2. RETURN POLICY

2.1. TIME LIMIT

2.1.1. Customers may request a return within 100 calendar days from the date of delivery.

2.2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

2.2.1. Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and accessories.

2.2.2. If the item is delivered damaged, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost, provided the original item is returned.

2.2.3. Items that are used, altered, or not returned in their original condition may be refused.

2.3. RETURN PROCESS

2.3.1. To initiate a return, the customer must contact customer service via info@supersaiyansphere.com and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

2.3.2. Upon approval, a prepaid return shipping label and the return address will be provided.

2.3.3. The RA# must be included on the exterior of the return package.

2.4. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

2.4.1. Super Saiyan Sphere covers all return shipping costs, including for items returned due to dissatisfaction or defect.

2.5. REFUNDS

2.5.1. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

2.5.2. Processing may take up to 10 business days from the date the returned item is received and inspected.

2.5.3. A refund confirmation will be sent by email once processed.

3. EXCHANGE POLICY

3.1. Exchanges are only available for items received in damaged condition.

3.2. To request an exchange, the customer must contact customer service and provide:

  • The order number,

  • Description and photos of the damage.

3.3. A replacement item will be dispatched once the original damaged item is received using the provided prepaid return label.

3.4. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

4.1. Super Saiyan Sphere reserves the right to inspect all returned products and to deny returns or exchanges if items:

  • Are not in original condition,

  • Show signs of use or intentional damage.

4.2. Items sold at discounted or promotional prices may be declared non-returnable, as indicated at the time of purchase.

5. SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

5.1. Free worldwide shipping is offered on all orders.

5.2. Estimated delivery times range from 4 to 30 business days, depending on destination and shipping method.

5.3. Cosmetic damage to external packaging (e.g., crushed boxes) during transit does not affect the eligibility for returns or exchanges of the product inside.
