1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1. This Shipping Policy governs the delivery of all products sold by Super Saiyan Sphere.

1.2. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.

2. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES

2.1. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

2.2. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or during weekends/public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2.3. Larger products may require additional processing time. In case of delays, customers will be informed via email or phone.

3.1. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

4.1. Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

4.2. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipping.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

5.1. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees.

5.2. Super Saiyan Sphere is not responsible for any additional charges imposed during or after shipping.

5.3. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

6.1. Once a shipment has been dispatched and a delivery attempt has been made, responsibility for the package lies with the courier service.

6.2. Customers must ensure that the shipping address is complete and accurate, including any relevant delivery instructions (e.g., access codes, restricted areas).

6.3. In cases of failed delivery due to incorrect information, restricted access, or missed delivery attempts, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier directly to arrange redelivery.

6.4. Super Saiyan Sphere is not authorized to intervene or reschedule delivery once the package is in the possession of the carrier.

7. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

7.1. Super Saiyan Sphere is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit.

7.2. If an item is delivered damaged, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

7.3. All packaging and damaged items must be retained as evidence for the claim.

This Shipping Policy is legally binding and forms part of the terms of sale for all purchases.
