Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 99 days of delivery for eligible items only. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received, including its original packaging.

To start a return, customers must contact our support team first. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:

• Items purchased on promotion, discount, or sale
• Mystery gift offers
• Buy One Get One offers, including BOGO deals
• Free gifts or bonus items included with an order
• Items that have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging

Promotional offers and special deals are final sale, even if the promotion was temporary or limited-time.

Refunds

If your return is approved and received in acceptable condition, a refund may be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Super Saiyan Sphere reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet our return requirements.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for eligible items that arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

If approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange process. Items purchased through promotions, mystery gift offers, BOGO deals, or other special offers are not eligible for exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the item inside your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photo or video proof. Damage to the exterior shipping box alone does not qualify for a refund or exchange if the product itself is not damaged.

Approved damaged-item claims may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or another solution at our discretion.

Shipping Policy

Super Saiyan Sphere offers worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times range from 4 to 22 business days, depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, and other external factors.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control are not eligible for refunds.
