Every photo on our site is taken directly from our own inventory — no manufacturer renders, no stock images. What you see on the page is exactly what ships to you.
Official only. We source exclusively from licensed distributors — Bandai, Funimation, The Pokémon Company, and others. Every figure ships in its original sealed packaging.
The recommended age is listed on every product page. Collector figures are generally 14+. Poseable Pokémon figures are usually fine from 6–8 years old. Not sure? Message us — we'll point you in the right direction.
In stock: ships within 24–48 hours, delivered in 2–5 business days. Pre-orders: estimated date shown on the product page. You'll receive a tracking number by email at every step.
You earn points on every order. 1,000 points = $10 in rewards. Redeem anytime — your points convert into a gift card you apply at checkout.
As long as your account stays active, your points stay with you. We'll always give you a heads-up before anything is at risk of expiring.
Contact us within 99 days of receiving your order. Send a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — your choice.
