The recommended age is listed on every product page. Collector figures are generally 14+. Poseable Pokémon figures are usually fine from 6–8 years old. Not sure? Message us — we'll point you in the right direction.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is 12–20 business days for the US, Canada and UK and 15–30 business days for other international destinations. Express Priority shipping, when available, is estimated at 5–12 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

As long as your account stays active, your points stay with you. We'll always give you a heads-up before anything is at risk of expiring.
